I’m planning to take a vacation this summer but do not know where to go - can you tell me which will be a great place to go for the summer with a group of 12 people that loves to party all night and do water activities during the daytime… Acapulco, Costa Rica or Puerto Rico? and when is a good time to go to avoid Hurricane season?

      Without a doubt..Puerto Rico. Its safe, full of parties, beautiful beaches, Great hotels, and a very interesting history.
