I’m trying to call an Acapulco, Mexico Cell using a landline with a phone card but I’m not getting no results. I dial 011 + 52 + 744 + the phone number (which is a 7 digit number) but nothing happens, any help?

For the area you need when use my phone cards to where you cheaper for the difference in calling card to call him alot the if it is cheaper than my phone there is no only the 01152 but also you want calling card to call mexico and call him.
