How can I get me, my dog and luggage from Mexico city to Acapulco. He’s too big to fly in to Acapulco?

I’m flying in to Mexico City with my dog and need to get to Acapulco. He’s a Doberman and due to his large size he can only fit thru the cargo doors on a 757, well no airline fly’s a 757 into Acapulco. Get a taxi?? I doubt the buses that operate in Mexico will let him on . Anybody have friends in Mexico city with a car that wants to earn a buck and a paid trip to Acapulco. I just don’t know which way to turn with this delima and don’t want to land and figure it out……….
